hey guys looking for some advice, i got no mechanical experience at all, but i wanna get into some sort of course and get to be a patrol. i have been told to go on a city and guilds levels 1 2 and 3? can anyone else give me some pointers. i already work for rac in the dispatch centre not that makes any difference

AFAIK to be a patrol you firstly must be qualified but also have a few years experience in the trade.

You might want to look at becoming a flat bed driver , You can pick up things about various cars by talking to the patrols you meet .. Gets you out the office :D

@Orange Van - yeah true, but i dontthink they recruiting for my region west mids area, they just taken on a new bunch. time will tell :p
