Hi All,

Wonder if anyone can advise, i bought my wife an RAC satnav 200 for xmas 07 and she's already managed to crack the screen whilst out doing her nursing bit. Does anyone know where I can get it replaced?

Any help offered is much appriciated .... tnx

Try - 01302 720006 - this is the number for spare parts, although I'm not sure if this is a user replaceable part or not.

Thanks for the response Mike, but was looking more for a repair type operation i.e somwhere I could send the unit too and have the repair done. Would RAC / roadcom have their own repair facility ?

Yes, you would still need to call that number to find out the exact address.
