Start up car, car has warmed up, new cam-belt fitted, revs at idle speed of 950 to 1100, but when I turn my steering wheel the revs drop down to 850 or even lower, this also happens when I turn all the light's on or even the heating on full power, each one been switched on separately, car hasn't been run for a couple of months due to chap taking his time, IE between job's, could it be because of a low battery even though it starts car okay, can't run car up the road at the moment due to MOT has run out, is there something wrong with cam-belt, Auxiliary belt to make it do this, I mean belts can't go on the wrong way?? Engine is Diesel Turbo Inter-cooler,1905 cc, 306LX with PAS, Air-con, so extra pulley's to worry about, don't want to get going on the road and every thing goes up in a puff of white smoke or a big bang Very worried I might break the engine then I will be very upset
