Car runs well but when at a steady spead say 30/40 mph sometime it feels like it's running out of fuel. When garage ran test readout say running lean but all systems test OK

New plugs,all filters & oil, any ideas???

Hi quite a difficult one to give any concrete stuff on could be a partial blockage of the exhaust (catalytic convertor). This would restrict the exhaust gas flow and have a braking effect on the engine. Any air leaking into the intake system could give problems and also if any info from the engine management sensors is incorrect this will upset a few things.
You really need to get the car checked by someone who understands engine management fault diagnostics. Too many garages think that if you plug a system tester in it gives you all the answers.....IF ONLY...
