This morning I logged into X just to catch up with bits and pieces, and in my DM box was a message from John Nichol the author.
Congratulation's he said, you have won a signed copy of his new book Blitz and a signed copy of Tornado down.
All I had to do was a couple of weeks ago retweet the comment about the books launch to go into the draw. I always do it and did not give it a second thought, until I opened up my account this morning.
I already have Tornado down and it is the book that got me hooked on John Nichol's writing, and my copy of Blitz arrived on Tuesday of last week.
But to have copies signed by my favourite author and the fact that I have actually won something? Result 👍
