NMNeil Hope you’re all doing well. As some of you mentioned, please remember to drink plenty of water, stay indoors in the coolest room of your house, use SPF, and avoid strenuous physical activity.
I started getting a headache earlier today and realised I hadn’t had any water in ages.
Hopefully tomorrow the temperature will go down a bit. If not, I am sleeping in my garden until it does!
Good advice, though don't over do it, let your body be your guide, thirsty = drink, tap water will be just fine, if you need a lift as well, then tea, coffee tends to make you pee, and feel stressed.
Steer clear of energy drinks they have loads of salt to make you feel thirsty, caffeine as an 'upper', and sugar to give you a sugar rush making you want more.
Most of the fizzy drinks will have salt and sugar to bring you back for more.
If you have kidney failure stick to your basic routine + a little for the extra perspiration.
