Hi! I'm looking for individuals who are 18+ and have a valid driving license to complete my google form survey related to public trust in ADAS (automated driving assistance systems) and it's influence on acceptance in the UK! Responses will be kept anonymous and only be used for academic purposes. Thank you so much!

@NMNeil That is just betond ridiculous. Having said that though, in the early 80s I was involved in a Govt scheme to help late teens into work. I was honestly shocked by how many couldn't read and write. Some couldn't even recognize there own name written in either block capitals, normal print or cursive. Yet they all seemed to want to write computer games!?

abdulxlk956 Just to be clear on your subject matter: I do not trust ADAC, and probably never will. Mazda has their own test circuit in Japan. They built it to incorporate underground power cables, overhead power cables, a radar scanner of the size used in international airports, and other bits and pieces which can interfere with electrical and radio signals. It was shown on a few Open University programmes at the time. At that time Mazda were trying to develop a rear wheel steering system. Each time they thought they had cracked it, they took the car out onto the test track. As far as I am aware they gave up on the system as to ensure adequate shielding of the system, it would push the price of the cars beyond the competition. When their research team were asked if they had plans on selling ADAC, they responded with a very definite no!
Maybe things have moved on a bit now, but I read of too many incidents involving them. Although the figure is very low comparatively, so is the number of ADACs on the road. -
@Rolebama Doesn't surprise me as Mazda still won't admit that the rotary engine is a failure even after over 50 years.
