Today (24.02) I was involved in a car accident on a large roundabout…
i stopped to check it was safe , seen it was clear and proceeded.. as I’ve left the give way and entered the road a car has come speeding round the roundabout and hit me on the drivers side , there’s significant damage to their car (a lot more than mine) my passenger jolted left from the impact and hit their face on the door frame resulting in a hospital visit , I , on the other hand, am ok.
my insurance have said it’s more likely to be the third parties fault as I was in the road, however until further investigation they don’t know for definite….
due to the damage on their car and my passenger’s injuries from impact - what are the chances I am more at fault?
