Our car would not start this evening. We have just been told that the RAC response time is between 3 hours 40 minutes and 6 hours and 40 minutes. I have never experienced anything remotely as long as this from any provider. My wife is extremely distressed and we will be certainly be taking the matter further. I do not and will not believe that it is a particularly busy time.
