Could someone advise how you can speak to a manager in customer relations/complaints. Have asked numerous of times on the phone only to be fobbed off.
Raised an urgent complaint 2 weeks ago, 0 contact from a case handler , promised call backs that never happened, been chasing and chasing and multiple people have escalated the case - to no avail.
Really need to speak to some who can actually do something and get our vehicle moved & me back on the road.
