I am disabled and reported my vehicle dead at 11 am this morning and it is now 17.30 and still waiting for a rac recovery. All I get is messages telling me that the time has moved, now I’m being told it’s midnight.

No doubt that will change to midnight some time next week, what a ridiculous incompetent service you operate.
