Two break downs in 12 months first one told us the car was fixed only for it to breakdown again half a mile down the road. Left us with two kids and refused to re-attend. Car still remains at the other end of the country waiting for a tow home which is what they should have done as per their T&Cs. Now refusing to address this.
Second breakdown refused to attend as layby not long enough, told to call emergency services, police themselves said they're shirking responsibility and wasting police time. Left by the side of the road for 6 hours before they finally decided to attend.
Don't waste your money on this company total crooks, failing to adhere to their T&Cs and leaving people in dangerous situations, but happily taking your premiums- tomorrow than thieves ! No escalation process either as not covered under Ombudsman remit so they're basically answerable to no one giving them free reign to take your money and provide zero service.
They still owe me money for the cost of parking which I was told I'd be refunded for.
