on my second day of waiting for recovery. The automatic updates have stopped because it has gone passed 30 hours. The only way I can get updates is to call and I am still only supplied with an estimatestimated time and no confidence I will see a cheery recovery van today. Not feeling like RAC is resourced to deliver the service that I paid for.
