Hi Jay - was your vehicle recovered by the RAC? Or are you currently waiting for that to happen? I'm assuming you're a member if so and have already chased via one of our contact methods?

I've raised a complaint as I haven't had a single response since Monday.

@Nick yes was recovered to RAC approved garage in NI. Car was diagnosed with a faulty starter motor fitted 9 months...by the RAC. The issue I am having is the garage attempting to claim for the parts warranty on that item. 10 days or calling, emailing and I've got to the point I've now paid myself as the money I'm spending having use public transport is a complete nightmare.
