1/ Whey not every driver having eye tests at pre-set intervals?
2/ Learners have to wait to get a test anyway, I don't see the point, there is value if the learner drives to gain experience but they can only drive if supervised, and this is not the same as driving unsupervised, where the driver is in sole control.

I really don't understand the point of new legislation when there is already a shortfall in monitoring current legislation.
