Just wondering if someone can pass some advice my way please. My car was recovered on Wednesday by a really nice chap! Unfortunately, during the recovery my car has been damaged. I have photos of the damage and ive raised a complaint too as I would like the damage repaired and paid for at RACs expense. My fog light is hanging off behind the bumper, bumper has damage and the body work above it.
has anyone been through this and successfully made a claim?
