Morning I took out car insurance last night it's a online policy can u please cancel it for me I've changed my mind and I'm having trouble trying to cancel it myself

First move would be to ask your bank or card to stop payment.

Look for a phone number for your insurance and tell them you have changed your mind if the website is not helping.

I think I have found two possible numbers;

• Standard Car Insurance enquiries: 0330 159 1031 marketing-pages.rac.co.uk
  
• Cancellation / “thinking of leaving us” line: 0330 159 8426 RAC
  I would go for the first one.

I assume that you are aware that you have 14 days to cancel any policy purchased online. I can often take several days before you see the money back in your account, though.
