After +25years with an alternative national breakdown company I opted to change to RAC. As part of this I 'introduced' another family member who also signed up with RAC. I was supposed to be rewarded with a £25 gift voucher within 45 days after they signed up. Well, that deadline was nearly a fortnight ago & I have no voucher. Any idea how I contact someone to sort it out? There seem to be no obvious departments to sort it out with? 🤷‍♀️
