After about an hour one of RAC patrol arrived, he immediately went and checked my tyre and said because the tread is low he cannot help me. I later having heart trouble called ambulance and was taken to hospital admitted, pacemaker fitted to my heart. I was discharged on the 26/07/25.

On the 19/07/25 around 09:30 my vehicle breakdown and I informed RAC, I was told someone will be with me in 1 hour. I waited and each our the push the time back after about 4and half hours I called to inform them I previously had two heart attacks and needed to take my medication. I was informed my issue has been escalated to priority.

I hope all is well with your heart now.
Whilst the RAC patrol could not legally fit your worn spare tyre, I would have expected him to have got a new tyre fitted. (at your expense)
Unfortunately, these days service is something tennis players do! -
