Does anyone know what the style of a 1969 RAC badge would look like as trying to get an authentic badge for my 1969 MGBGT. I've tried searching but can seem to find an answer. Many thanks in advance

You need the diamond-shaped "Elizabethan" badge, blue with chrome lettering. That was replaced by a more modern square badge (white, blue lettering, red crown) about 1972.

This badge offered in this link is claimed to be brand new & unused - I suspect it's a replica, but there are lots of genuine ones about.

I had completely forgotten the badge which came between the diamond-shaped one and the 1972 version. It is the round one pictured in the thread "Old Badges Found in Shed".

That is the one you need, and there are lots around. Made of plastic.
