I am in customer service/conflicting info hell currently.
I cancelled my policy a month ago but RAC are denying I ever spoke to anyone and will refund me when they 'pull the call'. As it stands they've charged me for a years policy and I've asked for some policy documents at least. "register on the app with this membership number says one person" doesn't work call them back "oh you won't ever be able to see that policy on the app says another person"
HELP ME PLEASE IM LOSING MY MIND ☹
