Fuel conundrum
-
2015 2.0 CDTI 140 ecoflex turns over but wont start. Fuel is getting to the fuel pressure regulator but not past. It's got P0108 and P0193 codes. Any ideas?

Both codes relate to the PCM getting a voltage from the MAP/MAF and the fuel pressure sensor that is too high.
Start by checking the voltage to and from the sensors. Take off the electrical connector from the fuel pressure regulator and there will be 3 contacts inside the connector. One will go to ground one will be 5 volts with the ignition on and the last one should have a high resistance. The actual number is unimportant but expect around 1 to 10k ohms. Do the same with the MAP/MAF sensor.
