Why is the RAC customer service so poor.? Do they really think that their member deserve to be treated as badly as possible. I have spent 3 days on the phone trying to sort out a problem with no success and have had to resort to cancelling my membership and issuing County Court proceedings against them.
are the truly this poor all the time ?

I know our teams work incredibly hard to support members, though it seems we've fallen short of your expectations on this occasion.

@Mark07 Thanks for that but I spent 12 hours over 3 days trying to get to speak to someone in customer services but the complaints team kept telling me that they do not talk to the public, so what could have been an easily solved problem has turned into a county court case against the RAC.
