How about giving us the full story first?

To make comment without the full story would be foolish, but either way, you you feel that you have been wronged, you have the option to plead not guilty and go to court and fight your case.

Again if your case is that strong, a good solicitor should be able to fight your corner and get costs awarded against Police

OP, what exactly do you mean by a "charge sheet"?

Was this given to you at the roadside? Does it ask you to do anything? If it does not, wait until something arrives in the post.

Whatever it is, you are not entitled to see any evidence until and unless court proceedings begin.
