Writing the post about the Polestar reminded me of the cardboard box in the boot with a wireless reversing camera setup in it. It's been there for a few months now as I have been waiting for warmer weather and motivation to fit it. Do you have anything on the back-burner for your car?

Both my daughters have dark colour cars. At the Christmas get together, I noticed how grubby their cars looked, so I looked at mine. It was just as grubby, but the colour seemed to hide it. Like a fool, I mentioned it to my wife, so I leave you to guess who currently has the cleanest car in the family.

I think is was Vauxhall many years ago used to say in their car handbooks, " a clean car runs better" or something similar.
