I've only had this about a year after purchase from B&M stores. When I plug the charger in it shows the green charging light almost straight away even after it's been stored for a couple of weeks. But when you press the test button it only shows 1 green light at the right hand side the next one being amber the other 2 are red. It's like it's not charging. Anyone else found this problem ?

Do the instructions/package have support contact options? Unless a member has experience of this model, I don't think our community will be able to support.
