I see that the Transport Secretary in the video (Louise Haigh) has stepped down, she has been replaced by Heidi Alexander - who previously worked as Deputy Transport Secretary for TfL.

We can only wait and see what ideas emerge, politicians of all parties are enthusiastic about road charging.
I can see many snags in that approach, the present system works if it isn't broke don't fix it.
