Hi,
Just purchased a VW Polo Life Tsi (2022) from a VW dealer. If I change gears from 3rd to 5th it makes a crunching noise like you haven’t got the clutch in properly. I did a test drive in another Polo of the same age and it did the same thing. The VW garage say there is nothing wrong with it and it’s just a characteristic of these cars and reccomend I don’t do this gear change.
could I refuse the car even though I have had it for just over 30 days or would I have no case?
