Online Insurance

    i am looking for advice. My wife and I recently purchased insurance from RAC online Insurance. It all went through okay and we got an email inviting us to create an account. The problem is that when we login we can see the policy reference and click on it and it takes us to a blank page, no options or documents to review. We have tried an iPad, laptop, phones and different browsers. The chat option doesn’t work either.


    The problem is that when we call Customer Services whomever we speak to says they cannot help because it’s an online product and all help should be sought online.

    We are going around in circles, we can’t help ourselves online because the account is broken and RAC advisors refuse to speak with us. One helpful person did tell us that the online product was relatively new and they had been experiencing problems.

    I have sent a complaint to [email protected] and several days have passed and I have not even received an acknowledgment. I have also used [email protected] and that’s also not been acknowledged.

    I want to cancel my policy and get a refund as the online insurance is not working and nobody wants to help but I am having no luck with chat, email or talking to anyone,

    How can I break through this barrier and speak to someone who cares and will help resolve the issue. Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.

    It’s an online only policy which is cheaper but (because) they don’t offer phone support

    A bit naff when they have you depend on a system that is broken though

    I did find the following in the FAQs, does this help?
