My rac app won’t allow me to log into my account either through sending a magic code or email and password keeps saying something went wrong

Sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, nobody in the community has access to member accounts, and as this doesn't appear to be a widespread issue, we're limited by the support we can offer for (potential) account based queries.

The best advice is to reach out to our contact centre for further investigation.

I just want to double check it wasn't a temporary issue as there haven't been any similar reports in the community and I've been able to replicate it this morning.

Yeah I still can’t log into it I’ve tried again today and it’s the same
