My car less than a year old broke down and had to be towed to dealer. Despite being told European would contact me within 24hrs and deliver a courtesy car within three days this did not happen? 36 calls were made to Hyundai, RAC motability , Arnold Clark, and Europcar absolutely disgusting and discouraging. I live on Rothesay I said I would travel to Weymss Bay or Glasgow Airport nothing no help whatsoever. After 10 days I got my own car back but a very unsatisfied customer.
