Flat tyre at 16:30 pm so called RAC. Initially told would arrive by 18:00 hours. Nobody arrived so called again and told it would be 20:00 hours. Nobody came so-called again and told it would be 22:00 hours but nobody came so called again and was told someone would come at 4:00 am the next day. At this point I called a taxi which cost £40 to get home. Then at 23:30 that night I had a call from an outsourced breakdown recovery lorry to collect my car. I told them my saga and that I was now home. The next day at 10:30 am I had another call from a breakdown recovery driver asking to collect the vehicle. An absolutely appalling service from this company. I have paid subscriptions for six years via a bank and never used the service until now. Unreliable and shoddy. To add insult to injury I was a lone woman on my own in an isolated unlit road.
