A few days ago, my daughter was going on holiday but broke down on the motorway, rescue came in 50mins (fine) recovery took 31 hours to get the car to our nominated garage, what do you think?

Well they have already got your money, so there was no need to make an effort, and anyway you were going to cost them money...
This applies to all the big national organisations I have tried.
The customer is just a source of income, hence signup lots of customers, without feeling it necessary to have sufficient staff to cover.
