I entered it then seen I went wrong and did a u-turn back out, will I get in trouble? For context it’s in Nottingham, Goldsmith street if anyone knows,

Much will depend on whether any cameras were monitoring the area, but usually unless it is for the purpose of loading or unloading it is strict liability although if the sign was that small and therefore easy to miss due to poor location and unreasonable sign, you may have reasonable mitigation to appeal.

All you can do is wait and see if you get the dreaded brown envelope drop through the door over the next couple of weeks.
