    Hi everyone me and my son broke down Friday afternoon rac sent patrol out after an hour he said he could not fix and call for flat bed to pick it up my son phone around for a lift as it was getting late so eventually we got home .
    Saturday we phone to where the car is rac support said we don’t know so my son phone Cambridge police (as it was in that county we broke down)and the police said we got it so in the end patrol person who meant to get the flat bed to the car he never did
    so Do you think we got a case

They were responsible for arranging the flatbed to tow your car, and if that didn't happen, you could argue that they did not fulfill their obligation.
