Today I've found out after selling my car to we buy any car that they actually cant give me the price they agreed with us on Saturday because they bought and sold the car with 6 thousand less miles on than it had last year.
After abit of digging and help from we buy any car we've managed to get it in black and white that it hit we buy any car last year with 100,000 miles on the clock. It was then sold to a company which then sold it to the bca with 102,000 miles on the clock.
It was then sold to the garage i bought it from with a retail advert showing 84,000 miles on the clock this is what it shown when we bought it and its now 10,000 more than that after a year using it. The proof is there that the mileage went down once it got to the garage and they sold it. Also they did an mot when we bought it and only added 1,000 miles on from the mot the year before even though it consistently did 15,000 miles each year before that.
I feel like this is a crazy question but seen a few horror stories online but do I have a good chance of getting a full or a decent refund for this car since I feel like I've been mis sold.
Thanks for any replies
