Vehicle Maintenance

    Hi folks.
    1st time question here.
I got a MG ZS last August 23'.
6mth warranty up in Feb 24'
    1st M.O.T. 1st April 24.' It passed.
5 mins down road EML came on.
Was told to take to service dealer.
    O2 sensor was problem.
I needed to get ALL the service reports, what was done every time it was serviced. For a gesture of goodwill from MG....Where i got it from emailed it straight away, rung the place that done it before"due to GDPR, I cannot give out that info". Asked someone where it was fot from about it. Thinking that he was gonna find info for me....2 months later I contacted service dealer" haven't heard back from you".
thinking that where I got it was sorting it out for me... "need to book it in again as it was so long ago" *sigh*. Took it to dealer, gave them ALL the info they needed. 3 weeks later no word back, couldn't get service dealer on phone and NOT answering emails. MG customer sent email to service dealer on my behalf, 2 day's passed I received email.
NO gesture of goodwill, repair will cost £1850 for new catalytic converter.
4yr old, 5 services, 30000 mile on clock.
    what can I do?

Vehicle maintenance involves regular checks and services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-ups to ensure your car runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
