ELECTRICAL ISSUE


I need help with my Ford Galaxy 2010 petrol engine....
This problem started when the car alarm went off overnight which I did not know but my neighbor mentioned it..

The following day i tried opening/ starting the car this did not happen I now decided to use the passive key,...... After getting i noticed the battery is dead i now used a jump lead which powered the car but on the dash board some signs came on

Immobiliser active
Engine Malfunction
Key Not Detected
Immobiliser Malfunction.

RAC was called they diagnosed the issue which they couldn't explain
I got local Car electrician who diagnosed the car checked so many things and discovered something in the fuse box due to he wants to be over charging i resulted to look for another person after he had collected £150...

I got another person who promised heaven and earth he would start the car on the whole he checked liked the other guy did... He checked the starter motor and other things they all worked...

I need help please can anyone help???

I got this software for my Taurus as it only came with one key, and this allowed me to program a second key, even though it was supposedly a dealer only job. It may show you what's going on with the system and if it's a sensor or the key fob.
