I have a 2009 Astra Vauxhall automatic.
for 2 days now I started feeling when I put the reverse gear it's feels a bit hard like stuck before it move so what can be the solution to this ?

Some auto boxes use cables. I would suggest having it checked.

Pull out the transmission dipstick. Is the oil dark or black and does it smell burned?
These transmissions are normally very reliable with no known faults. The torque converter lockup can give problems but only after about 200,000 miles.
Could you describe the symptoms a little better, does it happen at all engine temperatures, any strange noises etc.
