Hi in January this year i spent a lot of money £313 having the RAC mobile mechanic out to replace the rear discs and pads and front pads on my 2016 Astra i have done 8,000 miles and the rear pads are shot the nearside disc is scored the front pads are in good order, now thinking there must be a warranty on these services i tried countless numbers and finally got through to customer services and explained that there must be a warranty and they should not wear out like they have and i now have the scored disc, they flatly refused to even come and have a look washed their hands of it and quoted me £75 for a diagnostic check, i am a member of the RAC and this is the rubbish customer services you get , so i have booked it into a local garage for them to check and give me a quote for work to repair the RACs job and then i will take the RAC to the small claims court for cost of repairs that they should have done under a warranty, so there you go if you get RAC mobile mechanics to service your vehicle there is no warranty or come back if it all goes wrong later be warned

A few years back my local garage replaced my discs and pads with my MOT. One year later they told me the fronts needed replacing again.
