hi i have recieved email from you to download myrac app but tring to sign in but your app asking membership number i have got policy through my vavista insurance i dont have membership number

Welcome to the Community.

Ordinarily, your membership number can be found on your welcome letter or on any renewal documents we send to you, although from what you describe, you may not have those.

A family member of mine recently received free RAC membership with their insurance renewal. They were sent an email from their insurance company asking them to download the MyRAC app.

When they followed the link in the email and downloaded the app, their details were copied across - they just needed to confirm their surname, postcode and vehicle registration.
