Hi has anyone used Paylink Mobile to pay for RAC Breakdown Renewal?

I was having trouble paying online within the usual RAC website and an RAC online chat assistant sent me a payment link to purchase the renewal.

I have since paid for the renewal, price of £50.99 via the link he sent me and had an email confirmation from the Paylink Mobile saying it’s successful. But my online RAC account still says due for renewal.

Can anyone shed some light on how Paylink mobile works and should I be concerned as I’ve already paid for it.

Has your RAC account now updated to show that the renewal has been paid?
