Hi yesterday purchased a second hand car from the car dealers, our issue it has since being taken in had 2 mot's both with the previous faults that where on the last one which are classed as MOT failures.
Not to sure where to go from here.

A bit more detail would help: When did you buy the car and did it have a current MOT then? You say 2 MOTs - Were they a year apart?
