I have been told that it is illegal in Spain to travel with your groceries on the back seat.
Is this true? If so, what are the regulations regarding any luggage, effects in the back of the car. We are planning on driving to Spain and have sufficient luggage to need to use the rear of the car once the boot is full.
Can we put luggage on the rear seat? In the foot well??
