Hi all, I have an MOT coming up with an RAC approved garage who said they will accept the voucher, but I can't find the voucher! I signed up last June, and I remember receiving one on email, but I can't find it. I'm wondering if I can find it anywhere else or if customer service would be any help?

If this happens to anyone else, the best advice is to get in touch with us at The RAC by phone (0330 159 1111) or email ([email protected]).

There are T&C's which have to be met, but assuming this isn't an issue, we should be able to reissue the free MOT voucher.

I assume you've checked/searched your email archive including the bin?

@Marc Hi, yes I have, I think because I deleted it 6 months ago it also deleted from my recycle bin. I called customer service who told me to email, and I have but have still not heard a reply.

I worked white collar crimes for a while and files are rarely completely deleted.
I had recovery software from the FBI and Homeland Security, and it worked 99% of the time on computers and phones. It may still be there.
