Probably very basic questions. Just curious to know whether my claims history or future premiums would be affected under the following four circumstances:

1. Fully comp insured named driver has an at-fault claim in my car.

2. Fully comp insured named driver has a non-fault claim in my car.

3. Someone driving my car 3rd party only, under their own insurance, has an at-fault claim in my car.

4. Someone driving my car 3rd party only, under their own insurance, has a non-fault claim in my car.

Nothing has happened. I am just asking to put my mind at rest (or the opposite) and know how strict to be r.e. allowing people to drive my vehicles! 😀

1 & 2 - yes.

3 & 4. Presumably you'd claim on your own policy for the damage to your car? So, yes. If not, you'd have to read your policy docs carefully to see whether it needs to be declared.
