So yea, was a long drive, was going to explode and pulled over for a wee in the SOS phone bit. Did my business, max there 1 minute, and see signs saying CCTV may be in use. Am I likely to get points/fine? Was tired and didn't use my best judgement. Yes it's mental, yes I know it's wrong. Not denying, but just curious anyone else done similar and been penalised? Think there was CCTV I could see but is it automatic/ANPR or a man monitoring for any issues?

29-11-23 09:58Best AnswerIf caught, you might be offered a motorway awareness course. Otherwise AFAIK that would be three points. Probably as a fixed penalty (£100)
