Hi! We are expecting a flat bed tow truck tomorrow to take us home from the Lake District. When we broke down last week (EV problem) I received texts with links to updates regarding the arrival of our rescue patrol. Since we booked the tow truck I haven’t received any texts. Is this something to be worried about?
