Hello all,

New member just joined today and unable to log into the RAC rewards, customer service on the line when I called useless and advised I wait longer to see what happens!?

I always get an error message saying name or address incorrect though it's 100% accurate
.

Any help please?

Have you tried the old trick of deleting and reinstalling the app?
