2014 Astra CDTi ecoflex

2014 Astra CDTi ecoflex going in to limp mode when driven. DPF has had forced regen, 4 new pressure tipped glo plugs fitted, cylinder head gasket is fine. It’s been to three garages who can’t get to the root of the problem. Has anyone any suggestions as to what it could be???

@Skirboyd Best have it scanned to point you in the right direction, without that it will be sheer guesswork.

@NMNeil it’s had diagnostics done and it’s not showing as anything wrong.

Odd because when the PCM or TCM goes into limp mode it will set a code.
If you have a multimeter set it to read AC volts and with the engine running make sure it reads less than 100 millivolts across the battery.
PCM's are fussy about their voltage and if a diode in the alternator starts to fail it will put too much AC ripple into the PCM and it will get through the filtering capacitors and inductors giving all sorts of computer problems.
